## Delivering consistent, Health & Safety training at scale.

John Sisk & Son needed a way to train its construction workforce efficiently, without relying on time-intensive, classroom-based sessions. With operations across Ireland and the UK, the company sought a scalable solution that could deliver high-quality, branded Health and Safety training. It had to be accessible anytime, anywhere, and aligned with regional compliance requirements. Partnering with SureSkills, Sisk launched its first LMS and introduced digital training that is built for site readiness, future growth and a safety first culture.

Sisk’s Health and Safety training had historically been delivered in person. With hundreds of workers to onboard and upskill across jurisdictions, this approach created logistical challenges. Sisk needed:

- A first-time Learning Management System (LMS) implementation.
- Digitally delivered training aligned to its safety-first culture.
- Region-specific compliance coverage for Ireland and the UK.
- A scalable, efficient alternative to classroom-based sessions.

### The Solution: End-to-End Learning Services

When safety is non-negotiable, training can’t be optional. Sisk needed more than just eLearning, they needed a foundation for digital training that could scale fast, stay compliant, and reflect the realities of their industry. That’s where SureSkills delivered.

- Instructional Design & eLearning Developmen**t**  
  Senior instructional designers with construction experience built seven interactive courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline. Each one combined real-world scenarios, assessments, and multimedia.
- Brand-Aligned, Region-Specific Content  
  Courses reflected Sisk’s branding and safety culture. UK and Irish regulations were clearly marked, allowing full compliance without duplicating content.
- LMS Implementation & Enablement  
  SureSkills supported the rollout of Cornerstone LMS. This included SCORM testing, team onboarding, and full support for tracking and reporting.
- Agile Collaboration & Scalable Process  
  Using the ADDIE framework and Word-based storyboards, the team enabled fast reviews, tight feedback loops, and consistent course quality.

With the foundation in place, Sisk is expanding its digital training library across more roles and disciplines. Future plans include role-specific modules, continuous updates, and deeper LMS integration. Every worker gets the right training, at the right time, from day one.
