John Sisk & Son needed a way to train its construction workforce efficiently, without relying on time-intensive, classroom-based sessions.   • Region-specific compliance coverage for Ireland and the UK.

  • Instructional Design & eLearning Development
    Senior instructional designers with construction experience built seven interactive courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline. Each one combined real-world scenarios, assessments, and multimedia.
  • Brand-Aligned, Region-Specific Content
    Courses reflected Sisk’s branding and safety culture. UK and Irish regulations were clearly marked, allowing full compliance without duplicating content.
  • LMS Implementation & Enablement
    SureSkills supported the rollout of Cornerstone LMS. This included SCORM testing, team onboarding, and full support for tracking and reporting.
  • Agile Collaboration & Scalable Process
    Using the ADDIE framework and Word-based storyboards, the team enabled fast reviews, tight feedback loops, and consistent course quality.

With the foundation in place, Sisk is expanding its digital training library across more roles and disciplines. Future plans include role-specific modules, continuous updates, and deeper LMS integration. Every worker gets the right training, at the right time, from day one.
